CANCELLATIONS & 7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

You have the right to what is commonly referred to as a 7 day cooling-off period following receipt of goods. During this time you are entitled to examine the goods as you might do in a shop. If you change your mind, you are allowed to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund within 30 days, making the goods available to be ‘returned’ to the supplier.

If the goods are simply not 'liked' then you will be expected to pay the return postage charge. However if the goods were deemed faulty, having been kept in good condition, then we will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
